Eiko Fuji Sake Ban Ryu Honjozo “10,000 Ways”

If you’re thirsting for something a little different this Thursday, try picking up a sake for tonight’s meal instead of wine. Eiko Fuji Sake Ban Ryu Honjozu is perfect for the sake beginner OR expert. Both the aficionado and newbie can appreciate that Fuji Brewery is operated by the 13th Kato family generation, giving it serious street cred in sake brewing, to say the least. On a more sensory level, Eiko Fuji Sake Ban Ryu Honjozu was made to emphasize how one sake can differ from another in “10,000 ways,” as well as be enjoyed in, you guessed it, “10,000 ways.” Anyone with a plate of food in front of them can appreciate that. Serve it chilled, warmed, hot, with light food, heavy food, sweet food, and spicy food.
